Lemon & Herb Grilled Chicken


  • 2 bone-in chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped


  1. Marinade the chicken breast with the lemon juice. Let stand for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Place the chicken breast bone-side down on the grill. Sprinkle with a salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 30 minutes on medium heat, flipping only 3 times. Grill temperature should be around 350 degrees. Remove from the grill once the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill. Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs and enjoy.
